Learn about organic pasture-raised pigs at an upcoming workshop with CT NOFA board member, Greg Hazleton. Greg is the owner/farmer at Copper Hill Farm in West Suffield. This workshop will cover all of the how-to’s involved in raising organic pastured pigs. Also to be covered: managing a diversified organic farm and producing heirloom vegetables as well as livestock.
